Orders & Payment
Placing an Order
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfill, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payment Methods
We accept e-Transfer (EMT) and cash. Payment is due at the time of ordering. All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will pay for that order.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Delivery

Delivery Process
All deliveries require age verification at the door. Orders must be received by the account holder or a designated adult. We cannot leave orders unattended.
Estimated Times
Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are delays.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available or a failed age check, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. A re-delivery fee may apply.

If there is an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or missing items — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
